After my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 12 years ago, I thought gluten free could be better. Better tasting. Food should not only be delicious but pretty to look at. My customers shouldn't feel like they're being left out or missing out. Food is social. It's FUN. And, it should taste good whatever the dietary restriction. While everything I make is gluten free, I can also accommodate most other food allergies and intolerances. They can have their cake and eat it too!

I can make orders for any event, from a custom cake to a full wedding display. I have popular flavor combos, but what I enjoy most is creating something with the customers tastes in mind.
